Our Client Service Specialist / Customer Support Specialist will provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. Providing clients with excellent service and support, while ensuring delivery of accurate reports within client Service Level Agreements.

In addition, the appropriate candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer and internet skills including the Microsoft Office Suite of applications

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, flexible, and decisive
  • Strong level of influence and negotiation skills
  • Strong skills to obtain answers with guidance
  • Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity and creativity to changing needs and situations
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions through various channels

Training and Experience:

  • Knowledge in any of the following industries is preferred, but not required
  • Title
  • Order Management
  • Abstractor
  • Legal
  • Real Estate
  • Public Recording
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Hours and Salary:

  • Full Time (40 hours per week)
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8 AM to 5 PM
  • $14.00/hr - $17.00/hr with benefit options

Conditions of Work:

  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to remain focused for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work extra hours on short notice to accomplish goals
  • Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day
  • Ability to travel domestically, if necessary
