Talent Operations Analyst

Summary

The Talent Operations Analyst will be primarily responsible for the following:

* Serve as the point contact for support and maintenance of ATS (iCIMS), including researching and resolivng escalated ATS issues from Talent Acquistion team.

* Serve as the TA report lead by maintaining data integrity in the ATS, running reports and analyzing TA data.

* Generate reports and create presentations of Talent Acquisition related data to share with TA Leadership, recruiters, People & Talent team members, and other internal stakeholders using excel, smartsheet, iCIMS, and various other reporting tools. Assist with additional operational tasks and projects associated with TA's goals and initiatives.

* Maintain all RPO vendor performance data and report to TA leadership and Internal stakeholders on a consistent basis, continously look for areas of improvement of the end-to-end hiring process that includes RPO vendors, and reconcile invoices.

Minimum Experience Required

* Demonstrated ability to use Advanced Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, charts and graphs for reporting and/or data analysis.

* Demonstrated ability to create Microsoft Powerpoint presentations, flyers, or associated collateral

* Demonstrated ability to input high volumes of data into excel, word and various computer systems with attention to detail and limited errors

* 2-3 years of general reporting experience preferred

* Previous experience with system administration of ATS, CRM, or HRIS systems preferred.

Required Skills

* Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Product Suite

* Intermediate to Advanced knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel
