Call Center Supervisor – Customer Service

As a Call Center Supervisor in our Colorado Springs location, you'll play a key role in impacting the experience of our policyholders. Managing a large team of call center professionals (typically 15 employees), you'll support our commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers. You'll oversee the workflow of your team, handle decisions around employment needs and compensation, and monitor the department budget. Using your leadership and extensive coaching experience (preferably in a call center setting), you'll help your team develop professionally.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed to be Successful:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

* 3-5 years of successful leadership experience, leading a team of 10 employees

* Ability to communicate easily and effectively with a diverse group of team members

* Excellent communication skills: written and verbal

* Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize

* Intermediate PC skills with a working knowledge of spreadsheets

Schedule: Monday – Friday – this is a FT position with a start time anywhere from 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
