Insurance experience is not required. Our devoted Training Team provides the fundamentals necessary for you to become a successful Claims Service Adjuster. Learn how to process non-injury auto claims, solve customer issues, and conduct investigations to uncover facts about accidents while determining liability. We will teach you how to keep your backlog of claims organized and will provide techniques so you can achieve a timely resolution for our members. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Customer service, decision making, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, basic math and organizational skills

* Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone using active listening skills

* Ability to function in a team and call center environment

* Ability to type at least 30 WPM

* Ability to work a variety of shifts from 8am to 7pm.

* Ability to work holidays and/or weekends (when required)

* A commitment to service excellence and caring for customers

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

* 2-3 years customer service experience

* Some claims or insurance experience

* Bilingual, Spanish and English

SALARY: $41,704 annually / $20.05 hourly
