Senior AEGIS Weapons System SME
CSEngineering is looking to add a Senior AEGIS Weapons System SME to our growing team! This position supports the U.S. Navy's Surface Combatant Software Factory utilizing Agile Methodologies and best practices and delivering refactored software and new capability that can be successfully implemented.

The U.S. Navy has a mission to provide combat capabilities to the Surface Combatant fleet at the speed of relevance. PEO IWS is leading the implementation of Agile processes to provide the U.S. Navy with a scalable, software development and production ecosystem to enable continuous integration, delivery, and operation of new applications while maintaining the superiority of existing mission-critical systems.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Security Clearance: Secret
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 2 years of analyst experience in one of more of the following domains:
- Weapon System Operation
- Command and Control Systems
- Integrated Air and Missile Dense Sensors
- Integrated Air and Missile Dense Weapons
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in systems security
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
