As the client’s primary account liaison, you will coordinate with C-level marketing executives to plan, measure, and optimize their digital campaigns. To ensure customer success, you will apply consulting and negotiating skills to confirm customers are seeing a return on investment to secure renewals for our Enterprise Customers. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Consult with our clients to understand their business goals and digital marketing program, and define strategy to deliver maximum value through the BrightEdge platform and partnership
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews to confirm value delivery/ROI and uncover additional performance opportunities
  • Advise clients on anticipating future needs and trends, and recommend appropriate solutions that lead to retention or expansion
  • Proactively manage a sales pipeline for renewals and expansion, and participate in weekly forecast meetings and 1:1s with manager
  • Collaborate effectively with dedicated Customer Success manager, other Enterprise team members and other BrightEdge stakeholders

What it Takes to be Successful

  • Experience: 3 to 6 years’  quota carrying expertise in an Account Management capacity
  • A Bachelors degree is required
  • Record of over-achieving quota
  • Experience managing accounts over $250M in revenue
  • Strong presentation skills, business acumen, and credibility with C-level executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Comfortable managing sales cycle through a CRM such as Salesforce.com and maintains up-to-date and accurate deal status and forecast
  • Natural curiosity and consultative communication approach
  • Self-starter, strong sense of urgency, good follow-through and sense of ownership, and thrives in and environment with a rapid cadence (internal and with clients)
