Overview

PCG is seeking a highly motivated and dependable QA Specialist with an interest in public service to be part of the State of Ohio Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) project and waiver programs.

This position is responsible for meeting project goals for QA monitoring and compliance. Using data from completed QA evaluations, the Quality Assurance Specialist will identify trends that will be used to establish training agendas and goals for targeted improvement in QA performance.

Responsibilities

* Meet monthly quality assurance evaluation compliance goals

* Develop feedback to staff regarding performance on quality assurance audits

* Complete reporting showing training completed, Assist in developing the annual training program and agenda for staff development

* In addition to a primary project, cross-train to support all other additional projects in quality assurance and training

* Attend calibration sessions to ensure consistent interpretation of QA standards

* Work with the Quality Assurance/Training team to develop training solutions

* Review fraud referrals to ensure accuracy before submitting to Attorney General

Qualifications

* Possess organizational skills

* Ability to prioritize job duties based on business needs

* Ability to support and mentor staff

* Ability to identify trends and work with a team to implement solutions

* Bachelor's degree required

* Required Experience:

* At least one year of experience coaching/mentoring staff to meet performance goals

* Previous experience developing training materials and training staff

* Previous experience in home and community based services (HCBS),

* Experience and comfort using Microsoft Office products

* Flexibility to work on multiple projects
