Business Operations Analyst
The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for creating new and scalable processes that are adopted by our organization to accelerate adoption of product innovations, deliver on strategic initiatives, or increase customer satisfaction. The Business Operations Analyst will be the person in charge for one or more high priority projects and their responsibilities will include developing and delivering presentations to customers, putting together internal training materials, defining metrics, preparing reports and dashboards, and configuring SalesForce.
The ideal candidate is someone who is smart, empathetic, and enjoys problem solving in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.
•Develop new processes
•Define and instrument metrics for success
•Build reports and dashboard for team members, managers, and executives
•Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and executives
•Develop internal training and certification so other team members can take over the process
•1+ year of direct customer interaction in a sales or customer success position, preferably in high-tech
•Ability to creatively problem solve
•Analytical, process-driven and detail-oriented
•Communications with various stakeholders with professional presence
•Strong bias to action and scrappiness while independently project managing against milestones, timelines, and key metrics
•Initiative and “can do“ attitude
•Active listening skills; open to input from other team members and departments
•Prior experience collaborating cross-functionally to achieve goals and complete projects a plus
•Prior experience with Salesforce administration a plus
