Ajilon Professional Staffing is recruiting for a Compensation Benefits Manager for the Human Resources Department in the corporate office in Lyndhurst, OH area office. Are you familiar with administered companywide health, welfare and retirement plans, communicated eligibility and monitor the effectiveness of these benefits programs? This is important to determine the appropriate classification of all employees and their salaries. Are you the Compensation Manger we been looking for?
Compensation Manager Job Responsibilities:
Assures proper enrollment, termination, accuracy of deductions, record-keeping and reporting of the Firm’s benefits programs. Provides statutory information for W-2’s to payroll
Acts as liaison between Firm and outside consultants, actuaries and carriers with respect to problem solving and renewal and negotiations of contracts
Monitor effectiveness of these benefits programs, advising the company’s management team of needed revision to current programs
Prepare and communicate notices of retirement plan eligibility on a semi-annual basis
Compensation Manager Job Requirements:
At least a B.S. Degree (Master’s Degree is preferred) in Business, Economics, or HR
Contain at least 5 years of compensation and benefits experience
Strong analytical, organization, computer (Windows and Excel), verbal and written communication skills
Understand mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference concepts to practical situations
