Auto Finance - Dealer Relationship Manager -- Northeastern Ohio / Cleveland market

Develop and maintain dealership relationships by interacting with appropriate personnel to establish and maintain partnerships that are profitable to both the dealer and the Bank. As a Dealer Relationship Manager, you will work with new and existing franchised auto dealers to utilize Huntington Auto Finance for indirect retail financing.

* Work directly with all dealer personnel, including Finance & Insurance Managers, Sales/General Management and Administration.

* Maintain required market share levels

* Attain monthly/quarterly production volume plan at assigned business levels

* Educate dealers on policy, procedures and price changes

* Develop pricing/program recommendations for territory

* Monitor and manage dealer performance such as efficiency ratios, delinquency losses, profitability, etc.

* Promote Huntington's value proposition of local sales and underwriting service, consistency in the marketplace, and experience of associates

* Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis on territory performance as requested by the Region Manager

* Manage and maintain reporting requirements on client relationships

Market and Location Information:

This position will manage an approximate seven (7) county territory in Northeast Ohio. The position can be a work-from-home role. Heavy travel required within the assigned market.

Basic Qualifications:

* High School diploma

* Minimum of five (5) years of experience of indirect lending and/or automobile industry sales

Preferred Qualifications;

* Knowledge of indirect auto finance industry

* Professional selling and presentation skills to motivate clients to use Bank services and products

* PC Skills: Microsoft Work, Excel and Power Point

* Excellent verbal, written communication, and keyboard skills

* Knowledge of assigned dealerships and management staff in territory

* Comfortable with specialized platform software (i.e., Dealer Track, Route 1

* General knowledge of business law as it pertains to Fair Credit practices and regulations that are applicable to third party lending
