Recruiting Specialist

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Attends work on a regular and predictable basis

* Writes and places effective employment advertisements with appropriate media

* Maintains and updates Job Line

* Conducts applicant-screening interviews ensuring regulatory compliance within the interviewing process

* Uses various methods of recruiting to ensure a ready pool of qualified candidates

* Processes internal job postings to facilitate promote from within opportunities

* Maintains applicant tracking system

* Communicates with department managers to assess current and foresees future employment needs

Job Requirements


* Related Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent business experience

* Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in recruiting and staffing functions

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Excellent observation and perception skills

* Strong understanding of employment laws

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office software

* Ability to maintain confidentiality

* Professional demeanor

* Must be 18 years of age or older
