Ideal candidates for the Patient Access Specialist / Patient Support Specialist / Customer Care / Member Service Representative brings:
- Experience with EOB / Explanation of Benefits / Benefit Education required
- Customer Service / Member Service experience in a call center preferred
- High School Diploma required
