Job Description:

As a Sales Intern, you’ll support the Sales and Marketing departments by focusing on identifying and vetting new sales opportunities. Team members will rely on you to help them collect and update prospect information in our CRM, as well as implement and communicate new sales strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in the Rent Manager product
  • Develop a firm understanding of the sales process
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop sales-ready leads
  • Create and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Conduct daily database lead management, including capturing, entering, updating, tracking, reporting, and setting leads
  • Generate qualified leads that are processed as new opportunities and send to the sales team via the CRM system; maintain and update an accurate log of activity
  • Meet monthly Sales Opportunity quotas
