SUMMARY

The Molecular Diagnostic Specialist (MDS) will be responsible for the Sales and Marketing of MDxHealth's oncology product line within a defined territory. Initially, the MDS will be responsible for calling on Surgeons, Urologists, and Pathologists to create demand for MDxHealth's products. The MDS will be responsible for driving new oncology business, maintaining customer relationships and meeting and exceeding sales targets established by the management team. Responsible for compliance to all applicable regulations including but not limited to the Food and Drug Administration, ISO and State and Federal requirements.

SECTION I: JOB QUALIFICATIONS

3 to 5 years related experience.

Experience in oncology sales as top performer.

SECTION II: REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES

* Ability to interpret an extensive variety of mathematical or diagram forms and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

* Well organized with ability to successfully manage a large geographic territory.

* Excellent written and verbal communication.

* Technical ability to teach others scientific data pertaining to MDxHealth products.

* Team player with positive attitude.

Computer Skills

* Knowledge of basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel and Word.

* Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, preferred.

Language Skills

* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret such documents as pertaining to the performance and analysis of analytical testing. This could include but not limited to reagent package inserts, and standard operating procedures.

* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, clients, auditors and internal customers.

* Meet or exceed sales quota.

* Focus targeted sales activity on high-end revenue and volume opportunities.

* Travel independently throughout defined territory to drive oncology sales.

* Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

* Provide weekly updates to Regional Sales Manager on all product line issues.

* Maintain Total Area Market database that I sponsored by MDxHealth of customers and targets.

* Submit 30-60-90 day monthly forecast to the Regional Sales Manager the EDS reports to.

* Present quarterly sales meetings.

* Focus sales effort at specialized markets and designated by sales management.

* Work closely with marketing on regional market trends, competitive threats and new testing opportunities.

* Attend trade shows as requested by management.

* Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

* Responsible for compliance to all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements for international, federal, and state requirements, including, but not limited to, California Labor Laws, OSHA, Clinical Laboratory Improvements Amendments (CMS), Americans Disabilities Act, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA/Omnibus), MDxHealth OIG Compliance Program, College of American Pathologists, California State Department of Public Health, New York State Department of Health, ISO 9001:2008, U.S. Food and Drug Administration. * Takes responsibility for supporting the College of American Pathologists Patient Safety Goals.

* Responsible for reporting to the College of American Pathologists any concerns regarding quality patient testing or laboratory employee safety that are not being addressed by MDxHealth.
