Primary Purpose:

Assesses patient's health status, collects and documents data to charts, determines diagnosis by analyzing collected data, determines and implements plan of care, and evaluates patient's progress.

Knowledge and Skills:

Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

Licenses and Certifications: Registered nursing license in state of practice.
