Mail room Clerk
This is a chance to join a dynamic team with an international organization where customer service skills are a must.
Main responsibilities in this role are:
- Process incoming/outgoing mail
- Stock supplies needed to perform daily responsibilities
- Coordinate special mailing projects requested by department
- Submit facility requests to property management
- Provide support to front desk
Experience and skills required
- 1 year general office experience (prefer in a mailroom environment)
- Multi-tasking ability
- Experience with DHL .UPS, FEDEX overnight carrier service preferred.
- Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
