PURPOSE OF POSITION: To design, execute and analyze multiple clinical and epidemiological studies for a Medical Center dedicated to the care of infants, children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

* Data Collection

Coordinate the data collection and analysis process on assigned research projects.

* Reporting and Analysis

Generate statistical analysis reports on study results and recommendations to team members. Design analysis utilizing statistical methods to provide feedback on clinical research studies. Calculate necessary sample sizes for clinical and epidemiological studies. Perform t-test, chi square tests, analysis of variance and other advanced statistical methods

* Study Design and Planning

Help design and plan studies for investigators with Cincinnati Children's

Required:

* Bachelor of Science in a related disipline

* 5 years clinical experience with scientific investigation and research protocol

* Experience in data management, data analysis, and database development

Preferred:

* Training and/or experience in computerized statistical analysis tools
