What is the opportunity for you?

The Support Engineer is responsible for assisting with the solutions between our internal users and our commerce teams. This role requires a detailed knowledge of support engineering with a high attention to detail, good communication and organizational skills, and an ability to work well with other teams to achieve company goals. The support engineer will provide advanced technical support where necessary, work with various technology systems, work on project tasks, automate processes when needed, and make magical things happen.

What are you going to do:

* Do magical things and come up with awesome solutions to problems

* Promptly solve support engineer related tickets and projects

* Assist with onboarding brand experience teams under our technology platforms

* Automation design and implementation

* Active Directory schema and Group Policy administration/design

* Advanced Okta administration (application setup/config/sso, API, related server software, etc.)

* Advanced GSuite administration/policies

* Mimecast configuration and policy design

* Office 365 administration, policies and Azure AD configuration

* Diagnose and troubleshoot various engineer related technical issues

* Document new, or update existing, system processes and procedures in Confluence

* Assist with engineer related software deployments to company workstations and related servers

* Phone system configuration, account maintenance, setup and deployments

* Manage and update support related servers, such as third-party phone servers, Quickbooks, WSUS, etc.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-based, collaborative environment. A witty sense of humor also helps.

What are you going to bring to the table:

* Equivalent work experience required. Applicants for this position must have worked in roles with similar duties for at least three years.

* Strong Active Directory and Group Policy skills

* Knowledge and experience with various technology systems

* General understanding and ability to "code yourself out of a paper bag"

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure

* Good time management and priority handling

* Everyone likes you and thinks you have great communication skills - both written and verbal

* Previous experience of working in a customer facing environment

* Initiative to find answers to new questions

* Google is your best friend and you were roommates in college
