We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with our managers to successfully implement all stages in the recruitment life cycle including:

* Sourcing, interviewing & selecting qualified candidates

* Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable state and federal laws and regulations

* Researching, identifying and recommending appropriate traditional and non-traditional recruiting sources to fill job vacancies and build a pool of qualified candidates

* Participating in job fairs, professional conferences, community events, and conducting presentations to build brand awareness and promote career opportunities

* Analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of the recruiting sources and implementing improved strategies to ensure overall recruitment objectives are met

* Other duties as assigned

Requirements• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, communication or a related field preferred (Minimum High School Diploma required)

* 3 years of healthcare recruitment experience preferred

* Experience working with an applicant tracking system

* Customer service and interpersonal skills to gather and exchange information, conduct cold calls and behavioral based interviews

* Strong written & verbal communication, and listening skills

* Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills

* Knowledge of Internet recruiting and technology sourcing methods and tools

* Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize work

* Experience recruiting for various geographical locations and positions
