We have a new leadership team, a new growth strategy and an evolving company culture driving renewed momentum for one of the world's most iconic brands. We're seeking a new member for the McDonald's Global Executive & Internal Communications team who will help build on this success, acting as a content curator for our global communications ecosystem.

Principle responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Develop digital content (copy, graphics, photos, videos, infographics) that strengthens our storytelling efforts, enhancing stories created by the global editorial team.

* Guide production and post content across all digital channels (intranet, video portal, internal social, digital signage, email newsletters).

* Partner closely with McDonald's internal agency for project execution, creative direction and brand alignment.

* Seek out internal stakeholders to source ideas, stories and collaborate with messaging across channels.

* Ensure global internal communications are innovative and modernized by actively seeking new techniques and trends.

* Partner with media and social teams to share internal content for external use and leverage external content for internal use.

* Build and manage content streams for our new internal social channels, including communications that encourage employee-generated content.
