Foth Production Solutions, LLC is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Strategic Account Manager with consumer products (or related) engineering or manufacturing experience who is looking for new learning experiences, opportunities for career growth, and a desire to contribute to our clients’ success.  This position will be working out of either our Green Bay, WI or Chicago Illinois location.

Position Overview:

In this role, you will be solely responsible to both your assigned client as well as your Foth project execution team.  Through the delivery of personalized, client-centered service, you will be expected to develop and manage positive and productive long-term client relationships.  By demonstrating a dynamic and charismatic leadership style, you will be expected to encourage and motivate a multi-disciplined team to support your clients’ engineering, equipment and capital execution needs, enabling them to dominate in their market.

In addition to natural interpersonal skills, you will also need to possess strong business and financial acumen, as your ability to generate revenue, deliver profitability, create and implement strategic plans, and make timely decisions will be measurements of your success.

Finally, you will need to maintain a flexible schedule and will be expected to travel as necessary to meet the needs of the role.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant professional experience
  • 10+ years of consumer products (or related) engineering or manufacturing experience
  • 7+ years of sales, account management, and/or client development
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • Budgetary responsibilities executing capital projects, P&L, and project financials
  • Ability to travel with short notice, to include internationally
  • Presentation development and delivery skills
  • Demonstrated strategic decision making 

Required previous recent experience with the following:

  • Management of client relationships
  • Contract negotiation, management and administration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Account management experience
  • Ability to do revenue projections
