The Wing is always accepting applicants for part/full time positions at our locations. If you're a friendly and proactive team player, we welcome your application to join our hourly team! 

We staff majority of our hourly employees in a full time capacity - up to 40 hours a week. We have a limited amount of roles available for those wanting part time hours (up to 28 hours per week) also available. All hourly employees are eligible for benefits as well as access to our 401K program!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Greet and check in our members and their guests at the front desk
  • Provide warm, thoughtful, solution-oriented customer service
  • Perform all cashier duties, such as taking and ringing up orders correctly and efficiently
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the menu, and be able to answer any and all questions about the dishes, their contents, and possible modifications
  • Learn to prepare all espresso-based and tea beverages in accordance with standards set forth by The Wing
  • Learn to prepare all cocktails and serve wine in accordance with standards set forth by The Wing
  • Provide high-volume hospitality and service during events and busy hours
  • Assist with managing an efficient flow of service during busy times
  • Support cafe when busy, helping run food to tables and helping with the dishes
  • Provide tours to new members as needed
  • Maintain the beauty of our space
  • Perform basic administrative and customer service duties: answering phones, responding to e-mailed inquiries, delivering messages, etc
  • Assist with Merch transactions in the space as well as maintaining the visual display
  • Monitor security and safety of building
  • Receive packages and deliveries
  • Support events setup and breakdown as needed
  • Assist with enforcing “House Rules” as needed with tactfulness and hospitality
  • Conduct sweeps of the Space throughout the day, checking in on members and ensuring that all areas in the Space are presentable
  • Help maintain the vibes of the Space by adjusting lighting, shades, and music throughout the day as needed
  • Report any inventory or supplies needs to management
  • Clean and maintain all common areas, including front desk, lockers, bookshelves, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and light fixtures throughout the day in accordance with company brand standards and checklists
  • Deep clean bathrooms, showers, and locker rooms on a weekly basis
  • Restock and organize products throughout the Space
  • Sweep and mop floors at the end of the night, and be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the space throughout the day.

  • Prior experience in a hospitality, retail, or customer service role
  • Flexible hours, willingness to work weekends and some holidays
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendar, Excel, etc.
  • Must be able to provide at least 15 hours of availability per week including one weekend day if applying for part time hours
