Job Summary

Responsible for working with individuals and teams to solve technical and system related problems and to communicate updates and provide occasional training related to in-house agency creative services department requirements. Responsible for analyzing, improving and incorporating vendor provided systems into Creative Services workflow and integration with existing corporate enterprise data and workflow systems. Ensures file storage architecture and general file organization and maintenance. Analyzes current environment and ensures team is up-to-date with the latest tools to improve efficiency. Responsible for keeping team hardware/software to-to-date to ensure optimum performance. Assists with digital asset management needs.

Job Responsibilities

* Responsible for analyzing, improving and incorporating vendor provided systems into Creative Services workflow and integration with existing corporate enterprise data and workflow systems.

* Works with IT to ensure data is managed in a secure fashion. Maintains good working relationships and cooperates actively with internal departments and outside associates to ensure server and system rollouts and upgrades occur smoothly and production is un-interrupted.

* Utilizes technical expertise to evaluate current graphics technology landscape. Reviews and recommends graphics software and workflow software to maximize production efficiency.

* Procurement of computer hardware, software and operating systems in order to ensure the Creative Services has the necessary tools in order to effectively and efficiently perform work and ensure quality and consistency.

* Assists with facilitating the collection of digital assets from internal and external sources; monitors and assists in the delivery of content to Walgreens from both internal and external sources.

* Assists in the research, development, and implementation of less complex processes or system improvements for creative services. Assists with training among all internal workgroups and distributing "best practices" documentation.

* Responsible for the day-to-day management of the digital asset management library needs, as Creative Services integrates additional content to our centralized system to streamline corporate usage.

* Responsible for the day to day management of Advertising communications and applications for the corporate intranet, including WalNet, StoreNet, and RxNet.

* Troubleshoots on less complex projects and facilitates resolution on any technical issues that may jeopardize the timely completion, accuracy and quality of projects.

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of experience performing creative systems support, project management and digital asset integration OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 4 years of performing systems support, project management, process/workflow improvement and digital asset integration.

* Experience in analyzing, improving and incorporating vendor provided systems into Marketing workflow and integration with existing corporate enterprise data and workflow systems.

* Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.

* Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

* Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).

* Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team.

* Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.

* Experience with MS Office Suite.

* Experience with Creative production applications such as Adobe Creative Applications. Ie. Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.

* Experience managing and maintaining database applications.

* Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree.

* Adobe Certified Expert.

* Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud.
