Job overview and responsibilities

The HR Technology department has the important responsibility of maintaining the smooth operation and uninterrupted delivery for all HR data needs in our PeopleSoft HR system and several other HR systems related tools. The department maintains manager self-service, employee self-service and a wide variety of workflows to assure business continuity.

The manager leads a team of HR technology professionals to ensure delivery on all commitments as well as personal development and growth of incumbents. In addition, this role partners with Payroll and IT resources in all project and service related issues and is responsible for managing HR data integrity processes.

The role requires candidates to have both HR functional and technical expertise. Ideally the successful candidate will have solid experience supporting HR systems within an HR organization while liaising with technical teams such as IT.

This position reports to the Director-HR Technology.

* Provides leadership and guidance to a high performing team and exceptional customer service to internal clients and partners

* Serve as a liaison between Human Resources and Information Technology; keeps current with/understands statutory, regulatory and labor relations requirements affecting Human Resources, Benefits, Recruitment and Payroll programs

* Works closely with the IT division to insure all HR systems provide the functionality required by the HR division and plans and coordinates HR information systems updates and/or conversions

* Provide to IT, for HR technology implementation and upgrade projects, business process expertise for purposes of gap/fit analysis and specification of functional requirements

* Conduct final user acceptance testing; responsible for HR division sign-off on HR systems implementations

* Defines, documents and implements processes to ensure data quality and integrity, across HR Systems

* Ensures that data coordination and transaction processing resources are appropriately trained to deliver high quality services

* Manage evolution and maintenance of HR self-service for managers and employees by rapidly adapting, modifying or creating function/content in response to company crises/changes including use of web and managing its content

* Manages the configuration of technology via system-provided user administrative tools and maintenance of control tables to adapt to policy, process, communication, or information need changes

Required

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or related discipline

* Working knowledge of multiple HR technologies, including cloud based HCMs and Talent Acquisition systems

* Mastery skills in Excel

* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities that requires strong project management and decision-making capabilities

* Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR and HRIS experience required and prior supervisory or management experience

* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

* Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications

* Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
