Recruiting Coordinator

* Performs routine administrative transactions, respond to candidate inquiries, and manages day to day interactions with vendors.

* Contacts candidates and liaisons with hiring managers (at all levels of the organization) and Human Resources to manage the interview logistics including scheduling initial screening interviews and on-site interviews.

* Acts as a subject matter expert on the use of the company's applicant tracking system.

* Provides training to new recruiting associates and contractors, makes recommendations for increased functionality.

* Has primary responsibility for generating period reports from the ATS and compiling recruiting metrics. Analyzes data, auditing for quality and prepares recruiting metric communications on an established schedule.

* Coordinates the company's attendance at recruiting conferences, job fairs and other events.

* Responsible for maintaining recruiting collateral material in print and electronic versions.

* Maintains the Recruiting department's sharepoint folder, ensuring that all material and information posted on the site is accurate and up to date.

* Coordinates all administrative activities, provides support and uses tools required to ensure candidates have a successful experience with the company.

* Establishes and maintains records associated with vendors and service providers. Uses data from applicant tracking system to evaluate effectiveness of vendor products and tools and makes recommendations on award of future business.

* Supports the department with special projects.

Education/Training: High School diploma required; Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.

Related Experience: Minimum of two years related experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Must be highly organized with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; Must be process oriented and possess outstanding customer service skills; Requires intermediate to expert computer skills - particularly Word and Excel; Working knowledge of Taleo or a similar Applicant Tracking System is required. Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
