Collaborative Solutions is seeking a Recruiting professional to help take our internal People Services team to the next level. We're growing rapidly and we need someone with a passion for people and recruiting to help us scale. This individual will be focused on partnering with our recruiting team, hiring managers, and employee networks to fill positions with the highest quality candidates.

Job profile:

* We have aggressive hiring targets and there's a world of talent out there that needs to hear about Collaborative Solutions! Develop creative, out-of-the-box ways to attract talent to our organization. Some not-so-out-of-the-box tactics also needed, such as: sourcing passive candidates using social media networks such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook; and screening resumes through our applicant tracking system (soon to be Workday!)

* Work closely with our People Services Manager and engage with various hiring managers focusing on a more consultative and strategic approach to recruiting performance.

* Develop and cultivate strong partnerships with internal teams to influence change throughout the entire hiring process, assuming the role of trusted talent advisor.

* Work closely with all members of the People Services team to efficiently and compassionately move candidates through the interview process.

* Conduct high-level phone screens, in-person interviews, reference checks, and round-table meetings with hiring managers.

* Be the face of People Services and "go to" Human Resources professional in our Chicago office. And as such there will be some light office management duties.

* Serve as a backup to our other Generalists- a great opportunity for candidates looking to branch into other areas.

What we look for in you:

* 2+ years of recruiting/candidate follow-up experience.

* Advanced customer service skills and oral/communication skills. Each and every candidate is a valued customer and should be treated as such.

* Previous experience building relationships with hiring managers and employees at all levels.

* Significant experience with direct sourcing, social media, LinkedIn, and other creative approaches.

* Experience with internet recruiting, Human Resources database management systems, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing solutions.

* Deep understanding of and passion for recruiting. This is key! We want candidates to feel your passion!

* Proven track record of high achievement and success in the recruitment/human resources industry.

* Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities, highly effective in dealing with ambiguity.

* Proficient in MS Office applications.

* BA/BS degree.
