Receptionist (0-3 yrs. exp.)

CallisonRTKL seeks a reliable, responsible and enthusiastic Receptionist to join its Chicago office.

Responsibilities

* Opens and closes the office on-time daily

* Receives and routes all incoming calls promptly on multi-line phone system

* Greets and direct visitors with a high level of customer service and per company policy

* Provides general information to callers and visitors

* Manages expense reports for Vice Presidents

* Maintains cleanliness of conference rooms, reception area and kitchen areas

* Maintains schedule for conference rooms, employee absences and out of office events

* Coordinates and schedules lunch and learn events

* Handles daily conference room service and assist with meeting and office event planning

* Supports administrative team with special projects, events and other administrative tasks as needed

* May assist with timesheet administration processes and reporting

* May process expense reports

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred

* Minimum 1-2 years receptionist/switchboard experience or administrative experience

* Extremely reliable to maintain consistent daily schedule

* Professional image and telephone manner

* Communicates clearly and accurately

* Strong organizational skills

* Exercises good judgement

* Ability to multi-task and cope with deadline driven assignments in addition to daily duties

* Excellent customer service skills

* Physical demands include prolonged periods of sitting

* Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word Programs
