AIM's Practice Engagement Liaison isresponsible for supporting AIM's solutions with health plan providers.

Responsibilities may include, but are notlimited to:

* Partner with the health plan provider network teams to support AIM solutions during any practice-facing activities, which may include the initial sales process, implementation, training, post go-live follow-up, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and reporting.

* Plan, schedule and execute an efficient practice interaction strategy which establishes Best of Class customer service attention to providers and practice administrators.

* Maintain regular contact with providers, both in person and by phone/email.

* Maintain strategic attendance at industry appropriate conferences and association events that help build market reputation for AIM.

* Triage, troubleshoot, and proactively communicate areas of potential improvement for AIM solutions and processes.

* Regularly gather and internally disseminate key market intelligence regarding industry trends, future product options and competitive functionality.

* Monitor, review and assist in updating all practice-facing marketing material, microsite, FAQs, training materials, and practice communications.

* Demonstratesolution functionality & program knowledge to key stakeholders

* Delivertraining to end-users in physician practice

* Understand and contribute with practice coaching regarding care delivery work flow, reports generation, new functionality, and data analysis.

The qualified candidate will have:

* Bachelor's degree or higher

* 5+ years within a healthcare organization in a provider, provider-facing role or internal practice operations role supporting operations, provider, or claims;

* Experience with the delivery of business systems and/or process improvement;

* or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background

* Engaging and confident presence with ability to adjust to multiple personalities. Immediately displays an ability to connect and build a relationship

* Comfort speaking to physicians, administrators and all constituents of hospitals and private practices.

* History of self- direction in new and unchartered areas. (i.e. first person to do a job a company)

* Oncology practice, genetic testing, or prior authorization experience is preferred

* Pharma or medical device experience would be a plus

* RN background is not required but if coupled with relationship building skills and sales aptitude, can be an advantage

* Solid MS Power Point Slide development skills, including backgrounds, inserting smart art, graphs and tables.

* Experience MS Excel user

* Demonstrated history of fundamental selling skills

* Strong verbal and written skills with attention to detail

* Steady emotional balance under pressure with solution orientation

* Ability to spend up to 50 percent of their timetraveling to meet health care providers
