We are looking for an Order Management Specialist who will utilize their organizational, communication, and reporting skills to provide exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have the ability to juggle (and manage!) multiple tasks with tight deadlines, and excels in both virtual and in-person communication.

Responsibilities:

* Utilize NetSuite to execute customer orders (quoting, fulfilling, invoicing)

* Communicate the status of orders directly to our clients

* Aid in our internal process improvements

* Support both our onshore and offshore teams

* Create and manage reports to support the OM team

* Work closely with our Finance department to ensure proper pricing and margins

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent

* Excellent communication skills

* Strong dedication to customer service

* Attention to detail with a focus on eliminating repeat mistakes and ensuring accuracy

* Outstanding organizational and time management skills

* Cross-functional business team environment experience

* Experience using an ERP system (preferably NetSuite)

* Intermediate spreadsheet skills

* Knowledge of Google Products

* Experience with SaaS products
