Litigation Legal Assistant Robert Half Legal is seeking an immediately available Litigation Legal Assistant for a mid-size loop law firm to support between 2-4 attorneys. Ideal candidate will have experience in Medical Malpractice, Insurance Defense, or Personal Injury Defense Litigation with job duties below. Trial preparation (including scheduling depositions, answering interrogatories, compiling exhibit binders and assisting with discovery) ? E-file with the state and federal courts ? Type, proofread and edit correspondence and legal documents including subpoenas, discovery, notices, motions, etc. ? Maintain attorney calendar, schedule depositions, coordinate travel arrangements, process attorney expense reports, enter attorney time and handle invoicing ? Scan and convert documents in Adobe and PDF ? Proficient using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Time Slips and QuickBooks is a plus! ? Ability to prioritize work, balance multiple projects and meet/exceed deadlines. ? Associates Degree, Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate is a plus but not required ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional customer service skills, and extreme attention to detail
