Corporate Legal Assistant Robert Half Legal is seeking an immediately available Corporate Legal Assistant to support between 2-3 attorneys at a mid-size loop law firm. Ideal candidate will have experience in Corporate Law, Mergers Acquisitions, or Real Estate law with job duties below. Edit contracts and various legal documents using Styles, Blacklining, Redlining ? Table of Contents and Table of Authorities ? Maintain attorney calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate travel arrangements, process attorney expense reports, enter attorney time and handle invoicing ? Scan and convert documents in Adobe and PDF ? Generate TOCs / TOAs ? Link cross references ? Ping Numbering ? Convert PDF documents to Microsoft Word documents ? Edit documents in native format ? Format Excel spreadsheets for printing ? Sorting, Formulas, Pivot Tables ? Create links within PDFs (Documents and Websites) ? Optimize PDFS ? Reduce file size ? Proficient using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Time Slips and QuickBooks is a plus! ? Ability to prioritize work, balance multiple projects and meet/exceed deadlines. ? Associates Degree, Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate is a plus but not required ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional customer service skills, and extreme attention to detail
