We are currently hiring for our next On Premise NationalAccounts Manager in Chicago, IL.

The National AccountManager (NAM) is responsible to drive BBC sales volume through the market's BBCand distributor teams to their market's respective account base in accordancewith direction from the Region managers and the Senior NAM's within theirrespective markets. The NAM must deliver the annual plan while managingresources to budget.

What you'll do:

* Planning: Must be able to timely and successfully organize and deliverteam training, account calls, cross-promotional activities, visibility goals, budgetingforecasts by market, and scheduling of key buyer dinners

* Industry Relations: Effectively represents BBC at trade showsand industry events, initiates involvement with charity events associated withchain vendors, and manages relationships with industry groups

* Market Development: Find new business by identifyingsignificant draft distribution opportunities, identifying new COTopportunities, and creatively identifying methods to meet, gain appointmentsand present opportunities in a timely fashion to buyers

* Selling: Must be able to practice BBC selling process and sellingskills

* Knowledge: Must be current and fluent in sales trends, distribution,state of the restaurant business and pricing

* Communication: Effectively communicates internally and externally through:creative and impactful wholesaler and buyer presentations, monthly sales calland goal updates, professional and succinct retail memos and distributorcorrespondence, monthly performance recap meetings, and comfortable speakingone's mind

* PeopleManagement/Development: Placesa high priority on business and skill development, including coaching,developing and critiquing NAM team and individual performance with accounts,BBC team and distributor partners using BBC standards and processes, settingthe example by embodying the BBC standards, and NAM team meetings.

What We're Looking For:

* Bachelor's Degree

* Minimum of 4-6 years Consumer Package Sales

* At least 2 years of successful experience managingpeople.

Special Requirements:

Physical requirements:

* Must be able to lift weight equivalent to one case of beer

Working conditions:

* 40%-50% travel (8-10 days per month) to attend Retail andDistributor sales calls and meetings
