Responsibilities

  • Prepare food items consistently and in compliance with recipes, portioning, cooking and waste control guidelines
  • Assist in the training and development of staff members
  • Take ownership of the opening, closing, and shift hand-off process
  • Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Communicate customer order information to our virtual FOH team

Requirements

  • A leader who demonstrates initiative and leads by example.
  • Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
  • Advanced kitchen skills, including knife/prep work, sautée, and more.
  • Can stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
