WorkPlace Safety (WPS) Americas is a platform of Brady Corporation. WPSconsists of workplace safety and compliance products, which includeinformational signs, tags, security, first aid supplies, material handling,asset identification, safety and facility identification and workplaceregulatory products. These products are sold under multiple brands namessuch as: Emedco, Seton, Clement, Champion and Personnel Concepts; throughcatalog, telemarketing, and ecommerce. We serve customers in many industriesincluding manufacturing, government, education, construction and utilities. Position Summary:

Reportingto the Head of Marketing, the e-commerce Manager will be responsible formanaging all of the division's e-commerce business across multiple brandedwebsites and partner sites (i.e. Amazon). This hands-on position will helpdevise and implement the strategy and tactics used to significantly increaseonline revenue and profitability across both the division's current portfolioas well as product line expansion. This key marketing leadership role with playin instrumental role in migrating branded sites to a new Salesforce based webplatform. This position will support and in some cases lead the division'sinterface with our e-commerce partners. This is an analytical and highlyentrepreneurial role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Oversee the division's e-commerce planning process and strategy development in accordance with the overall division objectives

* Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics for e-commerce partners (including Amazon, Ebay, etc.)

* Lead and drive site migration to new Salesforce web platform (Cloudcraze)

* Lead a team of four site managers and associates

* Serve as the primary e-commerce account lead and contact, managing the day-to-day relationship with external partners to optimize performance, and maximize sales, conversion and profit

* Evaluate, prioritize, develop, implement and manage initiatives

* Manage day-to-day communications with partners

* Monitor and manage online product assortment and content with goal of maximizing online presence and driving sales

* Manage compliance requirements

* Create and implement plan to build distribution with existing and new e-commerce customers by creating, managing and optimizing listings for all marketplaces

* Monitor and analyze traffic sources, visitor volumes, etc. to optimize conversion and grow both current and new customer sales

* Provide analytic reports of online sales

* Provide optimization expertise for the division's websites

* Develop, monitor and enforce e-commerce policies including online pricing strategies

* Maintain current on all software, online and data trends

* Review and implement best practices of successful e-commerce brands

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

* Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or Equivalent

* Minimum of five to eight years of experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of growing revenue

* Current experience working with Amazon

* Previous experience with Salesforce (Cloudcraze experience preferred)

* Strong analytical skills and e-business acumen

* Digital sales and marketing expert

* Experience w/ Google Analytics, Amazon Vendor Central & performance marketing

* Understanding of diverse e-commerce technology components

* Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

* Personal qualities: self-motivated, detail-oriented, team player, leading with and without direct authority
