Work on HR systems/ service delivery strategy, organization design, and HR process mapping and redesign. Provide strategy, process evaluation, process improvement and risk mediation, design of HR system delivery options (consolidation of HR systems, shared service center development, use of technology to generate efficiencies), and HR IT strategy. Benchmark key performance indicators, and evaluate HR process effectiveness. Support business development of HR transformation/effectiveness-related pursuits. Perform vendor solution evaluations. Deliver HR-related functional implementations covering key phases of the software development lifecycle. Perform HR system optimization by assessing and redesigning processes. Provide leadership to employees, manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday â Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am â 5:30 pm.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive work experience; OR a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience in sourcing, process improvement advisory, HR technology implementation, and vendor transitions.
Must have 4 years of experience in project management, stakeholder management and communications; global or multi-national projects; and facilitating client discussions including collaborating with clients and identifying engagement follow-on opportunities.
Must have 4 years of experience with portfolio rationalization of HR-related applications of integrated systems or best-of-breed solutions.
Must have 4 years of experience with leading technology vendors in the marketplace, including Oracle, PeopleSoft, and SAP payroll modules.
Must have 4 years of experience with reports, controls and associated process design.
Must have 4 years of Global HR and payroll consulting experience in developing strategies, conducting assessments, leading vendor selections, designing processes considering associated risk and controls, and implementing solutions worldwide.
Must have 4 years of experience in full lifecycle HR system implementations, including defining systems strategy, developing requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions.
Must have 4 years of large-scale project management experience, including budget, scope, schedule and resource management as well as the ability to engage clients and team members at all levels.
Must have 4 years of experience with MS Excel, Visio, Word and PowerPoint.
Travel required to meet client needs, up to 75%, of which 20% may be international.
