Job Description

Job Highlights:

The Associate Director Sales Execution will lead projects and initiatives to achieve successful new item launch, assortment, and distribution. Collaborating with headquarter-based and field teams, this position will develop the strategy and plan to grow Kraft Heinz sales in relation to new items and existing item expansion.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

* Leads small and large projects within the Sales Execution team focused on new item distribution, in store execution, operations, and trade annual planning.

* Defines program management structure and governance, leveraging best practices to assure key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved in full.

* Responsible for leading the development and implementation of the 2019 Sales Execution strategy. Collaborates with the refrigerated and grocery business units to ensure alignment with overarching strategy.

* Updates new item materials received from the refrigerated and grocery business based on the needs of sales teams and oversees delivery to the field.

* Develops and delivers Nielsen-based reports and presentations for Sales leadership and executive level stakeholders on KPI and power window performance.

* Gathers communication requirements from the field and oversees the development of solutions in collaboration with the Sales Communications team.

* Collaborates with the Learning & Development team to identify field sales training needs and leads trainings on resources, tools, and processes developed at headquarters and executed in the field.

* Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or another related field required.

* 7+ years of experience in Project Management role required. At least 3 years of experience in a Sales related role preferred.

* CPG experience preferred.

* Proficient in team site development

* Proficient in Nielsen data interpretation.

* Advanced command of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Project Plan.

* Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

* Ability to influence internal stakeholders.

* Exhibits strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
