Works collaboratively with the Associate Director of Admission to:

1. Travel to appropriate local high schools and community based organizations to recruit students for the program. Establishes relationships for the purpose of developing a sustainable flow of students to Arrupe College. Individual will be required to attend college fairs, high school visits and other appropriate recruitment events.

2. Execute a comprehensive recruitment plan designed to meet university enrollment goals, focusing on all phases of the recruitment funnel including; prospect development, admission and yield activities.

3. Serve as supervisor for the student ambassador program which includes recruitment, training and support for appropriate yield events.

4. Execute all phases of student file review including making timely admission decisions within the overall guidelines set forth by the Office of Admission.

5. Execute appropriate yield and admission activities which include open houses, admission interview days, and Arrupe Night.

6. Works in collaboration with the Office of Student Success to ensure successful enrollment including completion of the summer orientation program.

7. Performs related duties as assigned or required.

Minimum Education and/or Work Experience

Bachelor's degree in related field, with one year of related experience. Licenses: Valid driver's license

Qualifications

* Proficiency in Spanish preferred

* Experience in university admissions preferred.

* Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to form effective working relationships.

* Ability to articulate the values and mission of a Jesuit institution.

* Must be a team player who has the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Certificates/Credentials/Licenses

Must have a valid driver's license.

Computer Skills

* Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software (MS Office Suite).

* Ability to learn and effectively use Slate by Technolutions, Docfinity and PeopleSoft.
