* Maintains Plant Time and Data Management and Plant Manager's individual schedule to maximize time spent working on plant objectives

* Handles all travel and related planning for Plant Manager and assists other members of the Plant Operating Committee as requested

* Maintains lease car program for LL6+ employees at the Plant including titling and licensing; Coordination of delivery to the plant

* Coordinates plant conference room schedules

* Coordinates plant pool car program

* Coordinates special events at the plant

* Coordinates Company Anniversary Awards

* Maintains Vacation Scheduler for the plant operating committee and coordinates the calendar for Plant Manager and Assistant Plant Manager

* Representative for Community Service Events

* Sends plant wide communications to the workforce

* Maintains Plant Manager's Open Door Policy documents and follow-up's as required

* Support the Plant Manager in his role as culture change champion

* Develop/manage presentations and communications from the Plant Manager to the workforce

Job Requirements:

Basic Qualification

* High School Diploma or GED

* 1+ years' experience with ALL of the following Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

* 3+ years of administrative experience in a unionized manufacturing facility highly preferred

* Illinois Notary Public preferred

* Demonstrated time management skills

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
