We collaborate closely with sister agencies like OMD and PHD to deliver seamless digital marketing solutions to some of the world’s leading brands including Lowe’s, Hertz, FedEx, Frito Lay, State Farm, Visa, Pier 1 Imports, HP, Showtime, Pepsi, and Vonage, among others.

Reporting to an Associate Account Director or Account Supervisor, this person will be responsible for building and managing ongoing client relationships while working with the production and project/campaign insights team to develop and execute campaigns.

Clients turn to the agency for superior account management, deep insights, flawless execution and continual management of their search marketing campaigns. As a leader of an account this person will wear many hats with a focus on guiding client strategies while meeting and exceeding their client's daily, short and mid-term objectives.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

Strategic Account Management

* Provide daily account management via phone, email and/or direct contact with clients, project, production & management teams

* Develop, manage and coordinate campaign strategies for multiple clients at once

* Present and communicate campaign strategies and report results to clients

* Act as liaison between clients, project team and management to ensure flawless communications and program execution

* Develop an ongoing relationship with clients and cross-sell/up-sell various Resolution Media services as appropriate

Campaign Management/Optimization

* Set and explain specific campaign ROI/Budget goals to project & production teams to ensure campaign work is built on time and on strategy

* Analyze ongoing results to identify campaign trends and key insights to help meet and exceed client goals

* Continuously recommend ideas/tactics and formulate campaign optimization plans with the project team

* Perform various other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising or communications

* 1-2+ years of work experience managing accounts focused on delivering and optimizing search marketing and/or other interactive advertising campaigns.

* Be a proactive self-starter

* Possess general knowledge of direct marketing principles and strategies

* Have polished presentation, communication and listening skills

* Have strong organizational skills being able to manage multiple projects at once

* Be confident in analyzing and acting on marketing data

* 1+ years of work experience in an account management or account support role focused on delivering and optimizing search marketing and/or other interactive advertising campaigns.

* Be a proactive self-starter
