The Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, in the Adult Outpatient Mental Health Department provides OP Therapy services to adults ages eighteen through geriatric. As part of a holistic and integrated approach, all services will be facilitated in Primary Care Centers, and delivered in collaboration with the Physicians and Treatment Team members of each location. #From a trauma-informed lens, the therapist will help reduce stigma and help individuals in need connect to Mental Health services.# Primarily delivering Individual treatment, clinicians will also facilitate family and couples# services as necessary. The clinician is responsible for completing comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and following regulatory requirements for documentation, providing comprehensive, quality, cost effective behavioral health services. As a team player, the clinician will collaborate with Psychiatrists, Blended Case Management team members, and other applicable clinical team members. Knowledge and training of Evidence Based Practices and providing Trauma Informed Care are a necessity. Candidates will possess strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service. Position requires current PA Clinical Licensure (LPC, LCSW, PsyD, LMFT). The therapist works within a strong team atmosphere with consultation support and supervision.# Position offers two weeks# vacation per year, six personal days,#six legal holidays, and sick time.# Excellent medical benefits and 401K.# Opportunities for trainings and $4,000.00 tuition reimbursement per year.
