Currently, we areseeking a superior Benefits Supervisor to join our team at 1434Crossways Blvd., Chesapeake, VA 23320. This position is a call centermanagement position assisting and developing customer care representatives. Job Specifics:

* This is a full time Full Time Permanent position with benefits

* Shifts will be scheduled during our normal business operating hours anytime between 8:00 AM PST – 6:00 PM PST Monday through Friday.

* Applicants MUST have open availability to work any hours scheduled during operating hours as outlined above!

Job Responsibilities:

* Responsible for managing 15-25 non-exempt employees

* Responsible for managing both contractual andnon-contractual work for multiple areas within a Defined Benefit team, to meetservice level agreements for high volume events such as retirement, death andretiree changes.

* Communicate regularly with internal client team andmanagement, external client team, and resources both US and off shore

* Set and monitor progress of team and employee goals

* Liaison with offshore team and call center team toensure operational effectiveness

* Regularly review procedures and identify opportunitiesto enhance automation/processes to increase efficiency and accuracy


* Health and Welfare knowledge (2 yrs.) – required

* Previous customer service management (2 yrs.) – required

* Defined Benefit knowledge – required

* MS Excel

* MS Word

* MS Project

* Internet

* Required up to 2yrs experience: Customer Service, Call Center, Call Center Management, Benefits, Health and Welfare

* Preferred at least 2 yrs. experience: Benefits, Health and Welfare, Client Services


* HS Diploma – required

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

Preferred skills:

* 2 years supervisory/operations experience in a high volume DB/DC/HW administrative environment
