Regional Show and Events Manager

The Regional Show and Events Manager identifies, staffs, and analyzes all aspects of on-site marketing campaigns. H/she works alongside the marketing team to be the face of the organization at all marketing events, interacting with customers, generating brand recognition, and generating revenue for the company by analyzing an event in the moment to ensure an events success.

Primary Job Functions

* Research, evaluate and book events that will have a high likelihood of successful lead generation.

* Daily set-up, maintenance and operation of on-site event marketing programs for a variety of brands.

* Oversee on-site event success and be responsible for brand awareness and revenue goal achievement.

* Impact and assist sales and marketing team members to achieve daily results (sales training will be provided).

* Assist in the implementation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies and market strategy insights.

* Work with management on projects dealing with media relations, business communications, success stories, etc.

* Assist other marketing managers with activities as needed such as product merchandising, inventory control, sales reporting, product/service explanations and demonstrations.

* Maintain proper levels of inventory, oversees event truck maintenance, booking proper amount of shows, has updated future events schedule, and other tasks as needed.

* Communicate with a customer audience to create appointments that generate revenue for the company and at times create on-site event buzz and promote brand product/service knowledge by following prescribed Window Nation Show and Events procedures as dictated in the Show and Events manual.

* Adjust on-site event marketing and sales tactics according to current KPI targets and results.

* Manage and direct staff including recruitment, selection, and development to achieve Company goals and objectives.

Education and Experience

* 2-year degree or minimum of 3 years' related experience, or any combination thereof.

* Experience in recruiting and training teams

* Experience in managing teams and events within several markets
