Basil's Commercial Trucks Dept. is seeking a proven leader to join the team in a full-time, leadership role.

Responsibilities are split between sales production + department management:

* Engage in/manage commercial and retail sales of the F-150 or F-250/350 Super Duty® trucks,Transit, E-Series etc. + other resale models

* New business development of prospective accounts and customers

* Relationship management of current accounts and customers

* Point-lead for Commercial/Fleet marketing and advertising development

* Order management of inventory

* Online inventory management

* Oversee daily activities of Commercial Truck/Fleet sales team

* Continuously recruit prospective sales team members

To qualify...

* High school diploma/GED preferred

* Verifiable B2B + B2C sales performance (any industry)

* Demonstrated ability to close sales

* Negotiation expertise

* Professional appearance

* Excellent customer-service focus

* Excellent interpersonal skills to professionally interact across various levels of personnel and customers

* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

* Computer savvy

* Unrestricted driver's license + clean driving record
