Software Engineer

The Software Engineer is responsible for developing information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions within Premier's Informatics Technology Division. The Software Engineer will design, code, repair, enhance, integrate, upgrade, convert, and provide level-3 support; and administer application software and middleware.

Will work on most stories independently with minimal supervision; contribute to coding development; review, analyze and collaborate with development teams; investigate problem areas; provide SME on components/applications; follow software development lifecycle; collaborate with QA, Security, groups/clients, and other cross functional teams to define, provide for, and test deliverables.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Info. Systems, Info. Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Informatics.
  • Minimum 3 years' progressive exp. in software design/development; relational database concepts; complex SQL development; rational databases; development/deployment practices; UI development; and SDLC/ADLC methodologies.
  • 3 years' exp. Object Oriented Programming concepts; C#; Microsoft.NET/Microsoft.NET Core; testing/QA procedures; JavaScript; HTML; CSS/SASS; Angular JS/Redact/Redux; Node JS; Webpack; and ASP.Net Razor.
