RSA Archer Analyst
RSA ARCHER ANALYST
Under the direction of the Sr. Manager and in partnership with various business areas; the Analyst will execute application owner support, troubleshooting and daily management of the NERC CIP Archer platform:
This position requires 3+ years of experience in RSA Archer, demonstrating ability to develop Archer ODAs, reports, dashboards, security configuration, code migration, and component testing.
Position also requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in computer science and experience with SQL for any RDBMS.
Responsible for configuring Archer applications, reports, data imports/exports, dashboards and workflows to meet business requirements
Responsible for contributing to the design of business processes within the capabilities of the Archer toolset to meet requirements from the business teams
Experience designing, deploying, troubleshooting Archer advanced workflow scenarios
Responsible, as needed, to aid in the trouble-shooting of issues, including partnering directly with RSA Archer
Other development may include data interfaces (Informatica, ESP), and various reporting tools.
Work collaboratively with others to support NERC CIP Program initiatives.
Collaborate with project and business subject matter experts to ensure workflows and reports in the Archer CALM (CIP Asset Lifecycle Management) application are optimized and meet business needs and compliance requirements.
