Job Summary

Support Medical Group operational leaders in use of reporting tools & metrics to identify variances and opportunities for improvement.

Essential Functions

* Demonstrates ability in planning, implementing and evaluating projects, services, policies and procedures with the goal of ongoing performance improvement.

* Participates in the decision-making structure and processes.

* Works effectively and assures that effective communications occur between other disciplines.

* Oversees research on designated topics; benchmarks with current literature and evidenced based practices in Healthcare.

* Analyzes Medical Group data utilizing reporting tools (Business Objects queries, Power BI, Excel pivot tables, etc.)

* Becomes super-user of Crimson Medical Group Advantage, monitoring adoption and utilization of the tool, positively effecting return on investment

* Collaborates with operational leaders (Manager to VP-level) and vendors to continually enhance Medical Group performance to benchmarks

* Demonstrates understanding of practice operations' workflow and data (scheduling, productivity, revenue cycle, patient experience)

Physical Requirements

Must continuously be able to stand and have use of both hands and all fingers, speak clearly, hear, and see less than 20 inches and a distance of more than 20 ft. Requires inside work with occasional intermittent noise and exposure to conditions such as dust, fumes, and chemicals. Has critical thinking and ability to concentrate. One must be able to respond quickly in stressful situations.

Education, Experience and Certifications

Bachelors degree required. MBA, MHA, MPH, or other related field preferred. A minimum of 2 years of related work experience required.
