Manager, Customer Success

The Manager Associate CSM (Manager ACSM) Team role at Castlight is a new position leading a new team at the organization. This person will be chartered with two main objectives: First, leading a team of (currently) nine ACSMs, and second, helping devise and implement processes and projects to support operational excellence within the larger 50 person Customer Success team. The ASCM's support CSM's by analyzing reports and user activity, configuring the app, preparing for quarterly business meetings, etc.

Activities the Manager ACSM will be responsible for include:

* Partnering with the CSM team and the client to identify success criteria, and create action plans to achieveHiring and on-boarding new ACSM's

* Ongoing training

* Performance management

* Preparing the ACSM to take the next step in their career at Castlight

* Working directly with the VP CS to identify and execute on process improvements and projects.

* Significant cross functional work and relationships

* Working closely with the CS Directors the ACSM team supports.

* Limited amount of travel required


* Experience managing teams

* Experience in account management of Fortune 500's

* Significant experience in a operations role

* Experience creating and implementing new processes

* Experience with issue management and escalation

* Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Clarizen, or other equivalent systems

* Bachelor degree
