MAJOR:

Must be actively pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree in HR, Business or related degree

HR work including organizational development, benefits, on-boarding preparation, recognition, and community involvement.

PREFERRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

  • Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data
  • Effectively manage priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills plus strong verbal and written communication skills

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with promoting HR programs and initiatives throughout the organization
  • Assist in analyzing associate engagement survey results
  • Maintain HR records and personnel files
  • Assist in HR other activities, tasks, projects as assigned
  • HR work including organizational development, benefits, on-boarding preparation, recognition, and community involvement
