A growing real estate company is seeking a Customer Service Manager for an opportunity interviewing immediately. The Customer Service Manager will work full-time from Monday through Friday. The Customer Service Manager will be managing a growing team of representatives in a small call center in an office environment.
- Strong communication skills and able to give and receive criticism well - Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries - 4-6+ years' management experience and demonstrated performance in a goal-driven customer-focused environment - Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems - Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanor applied to all tasks - Excellent customer service and office administrative skills - Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information - Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft program skills required - Call center experience - Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external - Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
