Duration of this position is January 2, 2020- September 30, 2020. Support of lead Hosted Influencer Program (HIP) lead role with the management of all planning and on-site elements for the selected account team Olympics hospitality program. Elements may include but is not limited to:

  • Daily overall itinerary by market, transportation, and individual guest itineraries
  • Development of host city entertainment activity “playbook“ and management of ongoing questions related to non-included program opportunities in the host city
  • Participates in all planning meetings and supports notes tracking on weekly meetings
  • Support HIP lead in all elements of the on-the-ground program, including daily contact with P&G HIP program leads and markets to ensure support reflects evolving requirements
  • Onsite management of all hospitality/concierge desk needs in conjunction with Customer Team program lead
  • Attend daily program and Operations wide meetings to facilitate streamlined communication to P&G (client) HIP Program Leads
  • Support other GMR roles with accommodations changes and onsite amenity gifts
  • Program closeout and budget reconciliation
  • Development of HIP program specific recap


  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience
  • Previous events execution experience preferred
  • Ability to travel. Requires 40+ days of continuous travel during Olympics (Pre-Games

    • Games Times)

  • Comfortable working in an international environment
  • Excellent inter-personal communication skills, both oral and written. Experience in client management a plus
  • Negotiation skills

  • Computer (Microsoft Office) proficiency
  • Can learn computer database programs easily
